1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using the services provided by Prakash Music ("we," "us," or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you may not use our services.
2. Services Provided
Prakash Music provides the following digital creative services:
- Video Creation — Full video production including music videos, promotional videos, social media content, and cinematic visuals.
- Video Editing — Post-production editing of client-provided footage including color grading, transitions, effects, and audio sync.
- Music / Beat Production — Custom beat creation, original compositions, and background music for various projects.
- Mixing & Mastering — Professional audio mixing and mastering for release on streaming platforms.
All services result in digital deliverables (video files, audio files) delivered electronically to the client.
3. Ordering Process
To place an order:
- Contact us via Telegram @prakashvisual or our Contact page with your project details.
- We will respond with a quote, scope of work, and estimated timeline.
- Make payment via PayPal.
- Send your payment receipt to us on Telegram @prakashvisual.
- Work begins after payment is confirmed.
4. Payment Terms
- All payments are processed through PayPal.
- Payment is required in full before production begins, unless otherwise agreed in writing for larger projects.
- For projects over $200, a 50% deposit may be required with the balance due upon completion.
- All prices are listed in USD unless otherwise stated.
- A professional receipt is provided for every transaction via PayPal.
5. Delivery of Services
- All completed files are delivered electronically via secure download link (Google Drive, WeTransfer, or direct email).
- Upon delivery, the client receives a delivery confirmation email with file details and download instructions.
- Standard delivery timelines are listed on our Services page. Custom timelines are agreed upon before work begins.
- Rush delivery is available for an additional fee.
6. Revisions
- Each service package includes a defined number of revision rounds (specified on the Services page and in the project quote).
- Additional revisions beyond the included rounds are available at an additional cost of $15–$30 per revision, depending on complexity.
- Revision requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery.
7. Intellectual Property & Licensing
- Upon full payment, the client receives a license to use the delivered content for the agreed purpose.
- For music/beats: the license type (basic, commercial, or exclusive) is specified in the order confirmation.
- Exclusive rights transfer full ownership to the client upon payment.
- Prakash Music reserves the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client requests otherwise in writing.
8. Client Responsibilities
- Clients must provide all necessary materials (footage, audio files, briefs, references) in a timely manner.
- Delays in providing materials may result in extended delivery timelines.
- Clients are responsible for ensuring they have the rights to any materials they provide to us.
9. Cancellations
- Orders may be cancelled before production begins for a full refund.
- Once production has started, cancellations are subject to our Refund Policy.
10. Limitation of Liability
Prakash Music provides creative services on an "as-is" basis. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our maximum liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
11. Dispute Resolution
If you have any issues with our services, please contact us first at admin@prakashvisuals.com. We are committed to resolving any disputes amicably and promptly. If a resolution cannot be reached, disputes will be handled through PayPal's Resolution Center.
12. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
