Refund Policy

1. Our Commitment

At Prakash Music, client satisfaction is our top priority. We strive to deliver high-quality work that meets your expectations. This refund policy outlines the circumstances under which refunds are available.

2. Cancellation Before Production

If you wish to cancel your order before production has started, you are entitled to a full 100% refund. Simply contact us at admin@prakashvisuals.com with your order details and we will process the refund within 3–5 business days via PayPal.

3. Cancellation During Production

If you wish to cancel your order after production has started but before final delivery:

• A partial refund of 50% will be issued to account for work already completed.
• Any work-in-progress drafts will be provided to you.
• Refunds are processed within 5–7 business days via PayPal.

4. After Final Delivery

Once the final files have been delivered and the client has approved the work, refunds are generally not available, as the digital service has been fully rendered.

However, if you believe the delivered work does not match the agreed-upon scope and specifications, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We will:

• Review your concerns and the original project brief
• Offer additional revisions at no extra cost to resolve the issue
• If the issue cannot be resolved, we will consider a partial or full refund on a case-by-case basis

5. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available in the following situations:

• Change of mind after the work has been completed and delivered as specified
• Failure to provide required materials (footage, audio, briefs) causing project delays
• Requests for changes that go beyond the original agreed scope of work
• More than 30 days have passed since delivery

6. Revision Policy

Before requesting a refund, we encourage you to use the included revision rounds in your package. Most concerns can be resolved through revisions. If you've exhausted your included revisions and are still unsatisfied, contact us to discuss options.

7. How to Request a Refund

To request a refund, contact us at:

• Include your name, order details, reason for the refund request, and any relevant documentation.
• We will respond within 24–48 hours with a resolution.

8. Refund Processing

All refunds are processed through PayPal to the original payment method. Processing times:

• Refund initiated: Within 3 business days of approval
• PayPal processing: 3–5 additional business days
• Total estimated time: 5–10 business days

9. Disputes

If you are unable to resolve an issue directly with us, you may file a dispute through PayPal's Resolution Center. We are committed to cooperating fully with PayPal's dispute resolution process.
